On November 13 2014 the Information Technology and Innovation Foundation (ITIF) presented a debate What is the Appropriate Legal Framework for #NetNeutrality? Section 706 vs Title II. Advocating for classification of broadband providers as a Title II common carrier were Michael Weinberg of Public Knowledge and Evan Engstrom of Engine Advocacy.
