On Feb 25 2011 the Computer Science and Telecommunications Board (CSTB) published a report Wireless Technology Prospects and Policy Options. The report “seeks to shine a spotlight on 21st-century technology trends and to outline the implications of emerging technologies for spectrum management in ways that the committee hopes will be useful to those setting future spectrum policy.”
