Convened by Silicon Harlem and the NYC Office of Technology & Innovation, in partnership with Empire State Development’s ConnectALL Office, this is one of a series of sessions being held around New York State to hear from individuals, organizations, and communities about the existing barriers to internet access and what’s needed to close the digital divide.
