Attending a chapter meeting today I had the same problem with Marratech as I did with Elluminate yesterday – i.e. despite the fact that my Java is smack-bang up-to date my browser(s) do not know what to do with a jnlp file. When I tried opening it in javaws.exe this time it still failed, with java looking for an update xml component that was not found.. So this is obviously a Sun problem.

Fortunately the standalone Marratech works fine.
