WEDNESDAY: #DisruptWikipedia II: Including Indigenous People in Wikipedia @Columbia
On Wednesday October 16 2019, from noon to 2pm, Columbia University Libraries and Barnard College Library will host Disrupt Wikipedia II: Including Indigenous People in Wikipedia in room 401 at the Columbia School of Social Work in NYC. A panel with Columbia’s Wikimedian-In-Residence Darold Cuba, and Columbia University School of Social Work’s Sophia Leveque will discuss Indigenous representation on Wikipedia. This will be followed by an editathon, aimed at kickstarting participation by the campus-wide community. The public are welcome to attend.
