You can be a part of that by joining now! For individuals, ISOC offers both free and paying membership options. 'Global' membership is free. 'Sustaining' membership is $75/yr. Read more

ISOC-NY does not charge a fee. Voluntary contributions are welcome and are tax-deductible.

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO LIVE IN THE NEW YORK AREA TO JOIN!

How to join ISOC-NY

1. Join the Internet Society (global) by filling out the application form.

2. You will be given a choice of joining a chapter - select New York.

3. You will receive an email with your membership info.

Mailing Lists

Once joined you will occasionally receive notices from global ISOC.

You will also be subscribed to the ISOC-NY ANNOUNCE list. Be warned, unsubscribing from this may terminate your Chapter membership!

ISOC Global hosts several lists, once logged in as a member you can go to https://portal.isoc.org/EBusiness/CustomerService/TopicCodes.aspx to update your preferences.

ISOC Connect - a global forum (both online and by email) that hosts many communities of interest.
