Greater Internet access around the world has lent countries like Brazil an important voice in defining a new regulatory paradigm. The panel will explore what impact the Marco Civil, Brazil’s newly-signed Internet law, and last week’s NetMundial conference, will have on Internet providers and users around the world. Speakers include Beatrice Covassi of the EU, who also spoke at ISOC’s event yesterday, and Carolina Rossini of the Open Technology Institute. The event will webcast live via uStream.
