(4) RetroShare - http://retroshare.sourceforge.net/downloads.html A private and secure decentralised commmunication platform. Offering secure file sending and IM.

(5) Xdrive - http://www.xdrive.com/ 5GB of free online storage.

(6) Google Calendar - www.google.com/calendar Manage schedules and calendars.

(7) Google Docs - docs.google.com Free web-based word processor & spreadsheet, which allow you to share & collaborate online.

(8) Picasa - http://picasa.google.com/ Organize & edit photos.

(9) Google Translate - translate.google.com/ Free online language translation service instantly translate text and web pages. Use for subtitles.
