ISOC-NY ICANN Special Interest Group
This group, formed in Feb 2008, is where ISOC-NY members study domain-name and IP address related issues, and formulate policy positions that can be advocated to the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) 1) via our membership in the Non Commercial Users Constituency (NCUC) of the Generic Names Supporting Organization (GNSO), and 2) (potentially) via the At-Large Advisory Committee (ALAC) as an At-Large Structure (ALS) in the North American At-Large Community (NARALO).
