On November 11 2015 the Stanford EE Computer Systems Colloquium hosted Internet Archive founder Brewster Kahle giving a talk Locking the Web Open - a Call for a New, Distributed Web. Kahle suggests that new distributed technologies e.g. blockchain can enable information robustness and reliability be
